Description: This newly developed 2021 innovative blend is made up of 30% Arabica and 70% Robusta, derived from India and Tanzania. The hand-picked Robusta beans from Tanzania not only give a special "kick" in the cup, but also an incomparably thick, nutty cream flavor. The sugar absorbs rights into the cream for a long duration, and then slowly gets slowly absorbed into brew. The Gran Crema is initially imposing, with chocolate and spicy notes.

An espresso machine (portafilter) is ideal for this blend. Also suitable when ground in a moka coffee maker or french press.

About the Roaster
